This customer s an investor. They needed to sell their home that had been completely destroyed by previous owners, infested with roaches, rodents and was in need on new HVAC system, new appliances. The before renovation value of the home was $75,000. We agreed to exclude rodents, build new deck, add new entrance to back room, new HVAC system, add new roof, remodel both bathrooms and kitchen, new flooring throughout, new light fixtures throughout, replace all rotted wood, interior and exterior painting and add new appliances. We did all of this and, allowed the client to pay us at closing. Upon completion, this home had 5 contracts on it the first day on the market and sold for $10,000 over the asking price.
